Ål municipality has chosen Goodtech Environment AB on Åland as a supplier of mechanical equipment to Sundre wastewater treatment plant.
Goodtech ASA and E&I Intressenter AB Join Forces
Goodtech ASA, the technology and engineering group, has today signed an agreement on a merger with Swedish E&I Intressenter AB (E&I). The new company will retain the Goodtech name and will be headquartered in Oslo. With more than 1400 employees and a turnover of NOK 1.8 billion a year, the new Goodtech will be an important Scandinavian systems contractor and supplier within the fields of electrical, automation, and environmental and industrial technology.
