Goodtech's main aim is to partner our clients throughout the life of the system. The client involves Goodtech already at the idea and preliminary study stages where we contribute with proposals for new solutions and upgrades. These proposals are based on close discussions with the end user, best practice from previous projects and our innovation skills. Through a life study we evaluate the risks in the system and on the basis of this analysis we recommend a plan for an upgrade strategy throughout the life of the system. The client's cost/benefit effect and our recommendations are based on an assessment of risk and finance. We suggest technical solutions, assess technical practicability and how the project, implementation and maintenance can be carried out. Our projects are carried out in accordance with current standards and guidelines which contributes to optimum operation and low risk.

Together with StatoilHydro, Goodtech is heavily involved in integrated operations based on our process information solutions. These include the provision and operation of a PDP, a process data portal. The task of the duty centre is to provide user support, monitor the systems in the PDP and carry out required service. Goodtech offers project management in the project implementation phase. An efficient and user-friendly solution is ensured through close partnerships between Goodtech's project organisation and representatives of our clients.
