KOBIX, Gooodtech's own brand, offers effective solutions for the treatment of organic waste. The system can be used for both liquid and solid waste. The separation unit sorts out plastic bottles, boxes, clothes, stones, glass and other materials into its own reject container. The product has a high level of reliability.

The KOBIX pre-treatment system consist of three main elements:

• Intake
• Crushing
• Hygienising

The system can handle approx. 40 tons of waste an hour.
With an operational time of five hours a day, the capacity is 60,000 tons a year.
The system is designed for various kinds of organic waste such as:

• Abattoir waste
• Restaurant waste
• Household waste
• Waste from the food industry
• Agricultural fertiliser
• Waste products from horticulture
• Energy crops
• Fish waste

Liquid waste can also be added to the separation system.

Treated material is crushed before it is stored in buffer tanks and hygienised at 70 degrees for one hour. After hygienising the biomass is pumped/transported to a digestion tank for the production of biogas and bio fertiliser.
