Goodtech has established HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and objectives that reflect the values on which the group is based. Our objectives and existential criteria are part of the company's management system and are available to all employees. At Goodtech, the utmost priority is given to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Our primary goal is to achieve a zero-tolerance approach towards injuries and accidents. We firmly believe that with purposeful efforts, the establishment of effective routines, adherence to regulations, and a commitment to continuous improvement, all accidents can be prevented.
We place great emphasis on proactive measures and continuous enhancement through the reporting and follow-up of incidents. By promoting a culture of prevention, we strive to create a safer working environment and meet established requirements and development goals.
Goodtech conducts regular satisfaction surveys and employee interviews, and our Norwegian and Swedish operations are certified through Great Place to Work®. This certification means that Goodtech, through the employees' feedback, is recognized as a company with a trusting and high-performance workplace culture. Any improvements and changes are therefore assessed on an ongoing basis and implemented in the regions.
