TINE:

TINE is a food group with the co-operative TINE SA, owned by milk producers across the country, as the parent company. With a nationwide presence, TINE creates value through the close interaction between Norwegian nature, agriculture, and the market.

TINE Meiriet Tretten:

TINE Meiriet Tretten is located three miles north of Lillehammer in Øyer municipality. They specialize in the production of various products, including Tine Rislunsj, Piano Riskrem, Fjorland porridge, Bygg & Havre, sour cream porridge, sausages, and cheese for hamburgers, all of which are well-known products in Norwegian households.

Objective:

The objective of the project was to manage the project, engineer, and deliver processing facilities for porridge production. This included a production line, filling machine for different cups and bags, spoon applicator, cooling tunnel, package solutions, wrap around, CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) solution, robot- and automation solution, as well as service and assembly. The entire process was controlled by LTline.

Cooperation:

The project involved cooperation with several companies, including Alfa Laval and Tetra Pak for Contherm and porridge technology, Waldner for filling solutions, Scanico for cooling technology, Skala Maskon for spoon applicators, and Skala Robotech for package solutions and palletizing.
