• Geographical location that supplements or adds a new location for Goodtech.
• Competence: Automation (PLC/HMI/SCADA etc) and digitalization (PI, MES, BI solutions, industrial AI etc) is our core business, and we primarily wish to build on that.
• Vertical presence: Goodtech delivers products and solutions across a vast number of industries, from consumer goods, to manufacturing, to heavy industries. Expansion of our customer segment and markets with a significant contribution to sustainability is of particular interest.
• Cultural fit: We look for business owners with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, and who share our story and way of working.
